Our story
Outside Pizza began as a dream- A dream to bring pizza and nature together in one beautiful place.
We started out with an idea to take pizza along with us on hikes around Colorado, but we got tired of eating day-old, slightly-stale slices. We thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if we had fresh, hot pizza RIGHT HERE?” From that moment, we set out to make that dream a reality. We found ourselves an old camper trailer and turned it into a glorious pizza-making machine. Now we can share our delicious, hot, fresh pizza with friends and family wherever the trail takes us. Outside Pizza’s mission is to bring a premium, environmentally conscious pizza-eating experience to everyone using local, responsibly-sourced ingredients while promoting both sustainability and the love of pizza. We strive to utilize practices and ingredients that create as minimal of an impact on our environment as possible to keep our pizza tasting great and our planet beautiful.
Our Pizza
Our take on a Neapolitan-style pizza uses dough and sauce made in-house and organic, locally-sourced toppings when available.
Our practices
To reduce our carbon footprint, we emphasize the use of recyclable or compostable packaging and utensils. We support local conservation efforts and a portion of our proceeds go toward The National Parks Foundation.
